Job description:

• Receives assignments from the manager of the new construction department
• Analyzes the client’s requirements, defines the necessary elements of the offer when defining the technical part of the contract, and when preliminary and final contracting of the ship prepares technical description, documentation and specification for contractual calculation approves and resolves requests for changes, additions and prepares documentation for the calculation of subsequent works.
• He interprets and is responsible for informing and implementing regulations of international organizations and classification societies
• He is professionally responsible for respecting the project concept, the functionality and economy of technical solutions, the calculation accuracy of the part he processes, as well as for the compliance of technical solutions with the set task and the customer’s request, as well as the compliance with the production deadlines.
• He cooperates with technologists, project managers and workshop managers.
• He examines the plans and signs their correctness.
• Composes expert explanations for clients regarding technical and constructive issues
• Plans the dynamics of works in accordance with the Gantt chart of production on new construction
• Coordinates workers or cooperation on new construction in cooperation with the head of the electrical workshop and makes sure that the work is completed on time with the required level of quality informs the rest of the team about the dynamics of the work and possible delays at daily meetings and makes suggestions for solving the delays, and together with the rest of the team coordinates the further dynamics of the works
• Monitors the dynamics of the delivery of key components necessary for the functionality of the electrical system on board and promptly reports to the team about possible delays that may jeopardize the agreed delivery dates
